Founder, Phil Jones set up business as a sole trader in 1963 as a local heating contractor.Over the years, PH Jones has achieved a significant presence in the UK property maintenance industry, now maintaining over 500,000 domestic and commercial properties, whilst retaining its original family values of honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Today, PH Jones provides a wide range of property services to the domestic and commercial sectors, across the following business streams:

• Homeservices

Providing a range of domestic property services, including multi trade property maintenance and refurbishment, we have over 45 years experience in the domestic sector, including Home Emergency, Social Housing, and Homeowner Services.

• Utility Services

Delivering a range of domestic, as well as industrial and commercial multi utility metering programmes across the UK, we work in partnership with blue chip companies, local authorities and SMEs. We provide a range of metering services, including gas, electric, water, smart metering, and Automated Meter Reading (AMR) installation.

• Facilities Management

With over 25 years experience in the industry, we provide design, installation, and servicing and maintenance for commercial buildings. Services include Mechanical and Electrical, Building Refurbishment, Fire and Security, and Data Cabling and Telecommunications, as well as integrated facilities management solutions.
