Safety Compliance Health Check Questionnaire

The purpose of this Health Check is to give you an overview of your current Health and Safety processes, procedures and systems. Employers should regularly review their health and safety arrangements to ensure they are legally compliant and have a consistent approach throughout.

We would recommend that this is an annual activity, or is carried out if there is a significant change in your businesses or procedures.

Please answer the questions to the best of your knowledge, selecting ‘Fully Achieved‘, ‘Partially Achieved‘, `Not Achieved` or ‘Not applicable’. Below each question is a ‘Clients Comment’ section to allow you to provide any relevant information.

We will review your comments and return this questionnaire with RCS’s recommendations (italics) within 5-7 working days. This will assist you to address any significant Health and Safety gaps that may require your attention.
