Park Hill - Sheffield is an existing 1960's Grade II* listed, reinforced concrete frame structure,
which was formerly local authority housing. The whole project is for the whole site to be completely refurbished to create a mixed use development
of residential apartments and commerical properties. The works are proposed to be undertaken in four phases.
Phase 1 of the project is concerned with blocks, containing gilbert row, hague row, long henry row, and norwich row, and the construction period currently
estimated for the completion of these blocks is 182 weeks, which will incorporate the refurbishment of 325 residential units, amnd formation of
commerical units, as well as their associated landscaping and infrastructure works.
Rawlings Consultancy Services are the appointed CDM coordinator and retained safety consultants to urban splash,
and are an inegral part of the client project/design team, which includes urban splash as client and Urban Splash build as principle contractor. Architects
are Hawkins Brown, and Studio Egret West. Structural engineers are Martin Stockley associates and mechanical and electrical engineers are Ashmount.
