Rawlings Consultancy Services provides hands-on consultancy, advice, support and training to help clients achieve certification to the following National and International Standards:

Why Install Quality Standards?
Quality standards improve the efficiency and standards within any business. The standards create a business focused and customer orientated efficient management system that promotes continuous improvement to achieve excellence in service delivery in all aspects of the business.
Increasingly, clients, customers and in tender situations, ISO Quality Standard compliance for a business is a critical measure in choosing the business in question to complete the work/offer the service.
Quality Standard Installation Project Plan
We can help clients implement each Standard separately, in series or in parallel. A typical Project Plan to achieve one or more of the Standards is shown in the Gantt chart below. This can be provided with a no obligation quotation delivered as below.
A typical consultancy project is between 4 and 8 months duration, dependent on a number of factors such as the findings from the initial review, the number of Standards being implemented together (one, two or three) and the management and staff resources available within the client to implement the necessary changes
Call our Consultancy Services team to arrange an appointment with our Quality Services Consultant, for a no obligation tailored quotation.
